As our tenant you are our chosen customer. We are always here to serve your needs. If you have problems or anything that we need to take care of immediately just call us or email us. Property owners place one of their most important assets in your hand. You are contracted to try your best to take care of it.
  • Do not do any damages;
  • Do not make changes in any structure; color; shape and so on;
  • Mow and water the grass regularly;
  • Keep the yards clean and the landscape in a presentable manner;
  • Pay your tent on time.
We enforce the lease terms firmly; late fees are charged for late payment without excuses. Over here you can check the lease terms and rent payment status
